GAME SUMMARY
A MN State Class C tournament berth was on the line Saturday as the Expos and Brewers met for the 6th time this season. The Brewers would draw first blood in the top of the 4th as Todd Fuller's bases loaded 2-out single scored Chris Clemenson and Ryan Olson. The Brewer lead would extend to 5-0 the next inning thanks to Clemenson's towering 2-run bomb to left. The 5 run cushion was plenty for Brewer starting pitcher Kyle Kingsley as he was up to the task and dealt 8 shutout innings. Kingsley struck out 7 Expos and limited them to 4 hits to earn his 6th win on the season. The win for the Brewers claimed the final spot in Region 12C and a return to the State Class C tournament next weekend.
